How this site is funded
We write about transparent disclosure for a living, so we hold ourselves to the same standard. Here is exactly how Lead Compliance Hub makes money today — and the rules we commit to if that ever changes.

Right now, it isn't monetized
As of today, Lead Compliance Hub carries no affiliate links, no sponsored content, and no advertising. There is no course, certification, or membership to buy. The site exists to be useful and to build an audience that trusts it — nothing on a page is shaped by a commercial relationship, because there aren't any.
If that changes, you'll know
We may add affiliate relationships or sponsorships down the road — for the kinds of tools operators actually use, like consent capture, DNC scrubbing, or compliance platforms. If and when we do, we will follow the FTC's endorsement guidance to the letter: clear, conspicuous disclosure wherever a paid relationship exists, marked links, and an honest assessment that a partner cannot buy.
What money will never buy
This is the line that matters: no company will be able to pay for a better write-up, a softer risk rating, or a recommendation it hasn't earned. Our read on a tool or a practice is driven by what helps operators stay clean — full stop. We would rather pass on revenue than mislead someone making a decision about real legal risk. The standards behind that commitment are on our editorial standards page.
A reminder
Funded or not, nothing on this site is legal advice. It's an operator's field guide — see the full disclaimer for what that means.
